1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
Product received is damaged or defective
Wrong product delivered
Order cancelled before shipping
Product missing from the package
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after delivery
Minor color or design variation
Physical damage caused by customer misuse
Products without original packaging or accessories
3. Refund Process
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos as proof. After verification, the refund request will be approved or rejected.
4. Refund Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
