3. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped from our warehouse.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Mobitell India reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Payment issues
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
In such cases, customers will receive a full refund if payment has already been made.
